New to the Fam - Chanel Quad - 08 Vanites

CHANEL QUAD - 08 VANITES

HOLA GUAPAS! So the other day i got hold of this delightful quad from Chanel as i have really been into purples and taupes alike.

The 4 colours in the quad are 'baked pigments' so they have really good colour pay off and apply smoothly to the lid.

This is part of Chanels permanent range in Europe and Asia, but only limited addition in the US.

• There is a warm dark  blue toned purple with fuchsia and purple duocrome effect in the shimmer 
• The lightest shade is a light shimmery lilac with cool pink tones it is a great highlighting shade
• brown/burgundy shade with gold and bronze shimmer it has a terracotta look (best applied wet)
• the light pinkish taupe color with gold and pink shimmer 

The only negative point to this pallet is that they are all 'shimmer shades' meaning that if you want to create a subbtle shadow it is difficult as it catches the light, opting for a dark matte  plum, brown or grey would suit nicely never the less
